Vintage Home Restoration

This is a 1921 home that was in excellent condition but needed some restoration. The floors were sanded, stained, and a finish applied. The walls were patched, cracks repaired, primed and painted. All the trim work was restained and varnished. Also, new outlets and light fixtures were installed. 

Basement Bathroom Addition

This home was a 10 year old home that needed an additional bathroom to meet the growing needs of the family. This bathroom was added in the basement of the home. This project included removing some of the existing concrete floor to install drain lines, tieing into existing water lines. Even if the plumbing does not exist in a basement it can be added. Your basement can be an enjoyable space for you as well. 

Basement Family Room Addition

 This is the same home as the above bathroom. This home needed additional living space. The most economical way to achieve this is by adding usable living space in the basement. This home needed a window cut into the existing concrete wall and a window well put in. The window well was made from retaining wall block to give a better appearance when looking out. This project also included adding heat vents, framing the walls, electrical, sheetrock, painting, carpet, and trim.
